Great experience with Absolute Draining & Plumbing! Vasyl installed a backup sump pump with battery backup system. He arrived on time and did a clean, professional installation. He also provided several maintenance tips for my peace of mind. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend them!
Andrew and his team were fantastic! Our laundry room flooded late on a Sunday night only two weeks after moving in. Andrew was at our house by 11:00 Monday morning, the issue was quickly identified a collapsed sanitary sewer, and by Tuesday morning his team were digging up our driveway to fix it. Andrew made an incredibly stressful situation a breeze, and explained every step of the process to us. Andrew also installed a backwater valve at the same time, and six months after the rebate application was submitted - well after after he was fully paid - he personally followed up with the City to ensure the application was processed. He continued to be extremely attentive, helping us with an issue with the City's building permit processing. We would certainly recommend Andrew and his team!Services: Plumbing leak detection
Updated: As of December 2018 I have now used this company three times myself and recommended them to two friends who have also used them I live in the east end of Toronto, one is mid-town and the other is west end Mimico. They are professional, fast and more than reasonably priced. The work was done quickly and properly for all of us, and I would not hesitate to use and recommend them to anyone asking. Thank you again - it's refreshing to have an honest, effective contractor that I can trust and rely on to recommend to my friends. From this past week, as I have now used this company twice: I HIGHLY recommend ADP Toronto Plumbing. I had a massive sewer back up in my basement, Andrew came the same day to give me an estimate which was right in line with the other estimates that I got. They showed up the next day and started right away: they were extremely hard working, fast and clean - the whole job was done in 4 days. Additional info about a city rebate program was also given to me. Highly professional and most importantly, they did a great job of the plumbing issue and even though they had to dig up my lawn they actually replaced all the grass carefully!. THANK YOU! From a few years ago:These guys are amazing - above and beyond good customer care, priced WELL below competition I was replacing lead pipes and installing sump pump and they were over $1500 LESS than two other estimates I got, punctual and proficient work. HIGHLY recommend.
This company is unbelievable ! As soon as I saw sewage backup in my basement I panicked. I was told to call Andrew. He was here within 24 hours. He was able to clear the drain so we could use our water but had to return with his staff and dig up our front lawn to replace the underground pipes. What an amazing job!! They were organized, on time and explained everything to us. Andrew answered all my calls and text messages. Truly an amazing company. They removed and replaced the clogged pipe. All the time he was here, he explained everything and was very patient with us. I would give them 100 stars if I could. You won't be disappointed with this company - on time, fast and no BS. Great job Andrew and staff. You helped ease our minds and a job well done !!!
