Moved to Owen Sound about a year and a half ago and had to find someone to swap over my tires. I've had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but when I came here they were completely transparent and friendly. Paul & Kristen and everyone are great. I don't know a damn thing about cars, so they could easily take advantage of that if they wanted to - but they don't! It's nice to see honesty.

Paul and his staff are amazing! Some of the most genuine people around. As far as the service goes, it is great. I have had two vehicles saftied by him and each time it has been a great experience. Great team with lots of knowledge. I would never take my vehicles anywhere else but here.

Excellent shop Kristen is always friendly and very accommodating and treats you like you are somebody. Paul is very honest and knowledgeable doesn't make you feel like getting your money is they're only concern. All the tecs know their stuff and also very friendly.

Paul is a great technician/troubleshooter. Always honest about what needs to be replaced/repaired. Never tries to "up-sell" the customer with additional work. Highly recommend his shop.

Went to get our vehicle alignment done. Paid 192$ to get the alignment and tire swapped. 2 weeks later the alignment was out. Took it to Honda and they said it was way way out. That whoever did it prior didn't do it properly. Do yourself a favor and do not go to these people. They don't guarantee their work. And customer service is garbage. Had to just pay another 160$ to get it done properly.
