one of the high end restaurants in the area. the menu is simple and everything on it is delicious. highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Great American food. Brussel sprouts and toasted branzino are pretty good. Chinese bbq ribs are worth trying as well.
Great place with great food and service. The atmosphere is quite mixed so no high dress standard and the staff are courteous and friendly. The mixed green salad was a generous for a starter. Ordered the striploin and fries for mains but could not finish it because I ate too much salad which tasted great. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Lovely local place for a ladies lunch. The beet salad is my go to it has never disappointed me. Can get crowded at lunch. Great soups and salads. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
I went for the first time with friends. The atmosphere was great and very vibrant. I had an Abigail’s Margarita, which was very delicious. Then, we shared the Flash Fried Brussel Sprouts and the Ahi Tuna Tartar. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and texture of the brussel sprouts. They brought out yummy Cheddar Biscuits. I ordered the Half Roasted Chicken with Potatoes can’t remember the exact name of the dish. It was AMAZING!! Chicken was delicious, potatoes were to-die-for super crispy but still soft and fluffy inside, the sauce was perfect. Like I said, it was amazing! My friends ordered Shrimp Toast, the Salmon Entree, and a salad. I would definitely try the shrimp toast again! It was very good and I haven’t had anything like it before. We ended the evening with desserts also. We ordered the Donut Holes, Apple Cake, and something with peanut butter and banana ice cream. All so GOOD!! So glad my friends brought me to Abigail’s. The food was INCREDIBLE! I will definitely be back.
First time dining here. Food and service were excellent. Red sauce was about the best we’ve tasted in the Chicago area. Very warm and friendly ambiance.
Abigail's is our favorite spot on the North Shore. Constantly delicious since the day they opened, Abigail's serves an eclectic mix of dishes with a creative twist. Excellent drinks too!
The food here was so delicious! The polenta fries are a must! Everything we are was so amazing. We left so full! We can't wait to bring our friends back here to try it out! Definitely worth stopping in.
This place is legitimately amazing. The cocktails are creative and tasty, the food is delicious, and the waitstaff is knowledgable and able to work around food allergies. I had the broccoli toast and loved it. My friends Impossible burger was excellent and my husband's steak was good as well. Be aware that their hours are odd and they only take reservations at certain times. Great place for a special dinner.
This is one of the most beloved eateries in the north shore of Chicago. It’s an absolute favorite for locals and incoming a Ravinia music festival goers. The food is best termed as chef’s cuisine by the very talented chef Michael - elegant and approachable and features world cuisine flavors in a contemporary American bistro style with a chic ambiance. The menu does not change very often at all, but the freshness of the food and the well constructed flavor profile keeps you coming back for more. The food is also well priced, which is another important reason for repeat clientele. Over at the bar which was recently expanded - last year during the pandemic, the cocktails are absolutely delightful and the wine list has a very unique and well curated selection. Overall, a meal typically costs us about $50-60/person with a drink. We’ll keep coming back for more.
