First time eating here. When I arrived I noticed that there was little meat left on the spits and they looked dried out. I ordered the chicken donair plate and it was hard and dry. Hummus was thin and salty. Rice was plain but ok. Sauces were ok. I didn't complain about the dry meat as it didn't appear he had anything fresh. I won't be back.
My donair had 1/2 cucumber slice and 2 tiny pieces of tomato. Bland in taste. Don’t recommend - it was an owner that served me.
Just went here. The music was so loud the lady could barely hear my husband when he ordered me a chicken platter with no hot sauce, as I’m allergic. She asked him three times and even wrote down our order. Once we got home I opened my platter up to find it covered in red hot sauce, obviously I couldn’t eat it so we went back and my husband asked the lady for a new one without hot sauce. She didn’t give us a new platter and claimed he wanted hot sauce on both. Maybe if you turned your music down you could hear your customers. Worst customer service ever, she was very rude and didn’t care about our needs.
I wish I had read the other reviews first, but I was hungry and I like Donair so gave it a shot. The staff member was visibly picking her teeth with her nails, and the food preparation area being hidden behind frosted glass is a huge red flag, but despite that I ordered. What I got was cold, dry, meat, loosely packed between two unopened pitas. This is not a Donair and it was not appetizing enough to eat. Into the trash it went. Never again.

Two lamb donators today for lunch both burnt inside and out you can even smell how burnt it is but tastes worse not impressed.
Food was disturbingly cold. Politely returned it within five minutes and the man working there was irate that I didn’t want a cold, microwaved donair. Called me a liar and told me not to come back. Worst service ever. Wish I had seen all these other 1 star reviews before getting verbally accosted and losing my appetite here. Be warned, I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy.
Ordered two platters on Skip the dishes, was received without the pita bread, i also added tabouli salad to the platter and it was just some chopped parsley sprinkled on top such a joke, hummus was bland and overly salty was bubbling like it had baking soda in it Very disappointing. The rice and chicken tasted fine, but I don’t think I’ll ever order here again.
Easily confused by my simple order, there’s a definite language barrier. I could barely eat a quarter of it before I had to throw it out because of how disgusting it was. Donairs are my favourite food, ever since my favourite donair place closed I’ve been looking for an alternative, this ain’t it, the donair itself had really tough onion rinds you couldn’t even chew through, little to no sauce paired with the dry lamb made it possibly one of the driest donairs I’ve ever eaten, and the entire thing was stone cold immediately upon getting it inside and out. They have a very real freshness problem. I hate leaving negative reviews, but donairs hold a special place in my heart and they won’t get better at making donairs without criticism of this nature. The only redeeming quality is that the fries were half decent and hot. I know donairs that are made with love and these are not made with love. Go to any of the other restaurants in that plaza please, the donairs here are a waste of money.
