My fiancee ordered flowers here to be delivered to my work for my Birthday. We are both unhappy. The flowers themselves are nice, but upon talking to my fiancee and seeing what the arrangement should look like, it does not look as it should. However it's still nice... The customer service on the other hand was absolutely terrible! After my fiancee ordered the service online, it said she would receive a confirmation email... After waiting a day, she never received it so she called to make sure. Upon calling, they were rude on the phone and had my name wrong despite the fact that she typed it into the computer correctly. She also wanted to just let them know that I'm at a business and the hours are from 10-6 so she wanted to make sure it would be there within that time frame and yet again the person was rude on the phone, before she had even finished explaining, the person had interrupted her saying "we don't do requested hours". Furthermore, my fiancee wrote a note when she ordered online, requesting that if they cannot find the place, to call her instead of me because it was supposed to be a surprise. When it came time for the delivery, the person delivering called me at my work asking where we are located. (Completely ignoring my fiancees request) Luckily the surprise wasn't ruined because my work was busy so I didn't have a chance to think of why a floral place is calling. But had it been slow, that would have ruined the surprise. Then when they arrived the lack of customer service continued. They did not even say so much as "happy birthday" or "have a great day". The bouquet comes with a small card that if you type what you'd like said on it, they'll write on the card for you. This was also disappointing as it was hardly even legible. All and all, despite the fact that the flowers are nice, the customer service has insured that we will NEVER use this company again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

I find Abby's Flowers Plus to be very professional, she cares about her clients needs and has them met whenever asked. I would not consider anyone else for my flower needs. The arrangements I have received from Abby's Flowers Plus are always above and beyond the cost paid for. She is pleasant towards walk-in and phone calls for specific arrangements, for being such a busy Flower shop. I was very impressed.

I went into the shop for one thing before Christmas and found it to be very well organized and the owner was very friendly and accomadating to what I was looking for and ended up leaving with more than I thought I would. I will recommend this flower shop to others in the future and I will return in the future.
