Sad, the staff were friendly and nice but the food was disgusting. Ordered ravioli, sauce was watery with no taste, maybe 5 ravioli pieces the rest was bits of lasagna noodles. Very disappointing.
Just picked up my lasagna and meat sauce and wondering where the meat sauce is. Very disappointed. Prices go up ingredients go missing.
Tonight I ordered dinner from here as I have before and usually enjoy the food and service. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and an order of hot wings that I asked to he extra well done as I like them crispy. When I got my order the wings were the complete opposite and were even soggy. I called and spoke to the woman who took my order and explained the situation. She then was rude and started to say it was my fault cause I asked for the pizza not the wings to be well done. I explained no that's incorrect, explained the order again and that if that was the case they didn't even do the pizzas well done as that was her excuse. She then asked if I wanted a replacement normally would have said no but since getting attitude I said sure. She said fine then hung up the phone. No sorry, no goodbye nothing. I will not order from there again. There is a lot of great pizza places in aldergrove so there loss.
This place must be a front for laundering money because the food is disgusting. My boyfriend got pizza which he said was gross, and it has to be really bad for him to say that. I got the lasagne and it tasted like it had olive juice in it. And the "garlic" bread barely had any butter let alone garlic. I'm very disappointed about wasting $30 on food that my dog wouldn't even touch.
WOW!! if it were possible Id give this place 110 outta 10! My Husband & I only went in for a Pepsi. my husband only had his debit card and so said forget it..the owner said, "no worries its on the house" we ended up chit-chatting for a while and letting him know that we had just moved to town less than a month ago and he said well you must try pizza so that you can see him in the picture making my very own personal ham and pineapple pizza...again on the house. this man makes the most amazing pizzas real pizza the kind you'd expect to get in Italy! absolutely mouth-watering not over greasy not soggy from too much moisture perfect perfection all the way he also has an assortment of other Foods he offers like pastas and many other items!! you have to check out the menu! Youll also see 2 pictures of hand written script. Both those letters are to say "THANK YOU" from a Dr Mary Pollack as he donated prizes for community events. The owners are a Husband and Wife team who demonstrate their LOVE to everyone in our Community through allowing us to taste their the love in every bite, as well as by supporting different events through donating prizes! if you're reading this and you're nowhere near Alder Grove they also have a pizza business in Hope and in Abbotsford!! and all sincerity I mean this if you are thinking of where to eat tonight go to Abby pizza not only will you be over the moon with the enjoyment of the food but the way you are instantly welcomed by the staff is something all businesses could learn from!! WAY TO GO ABBY'S PIZZA! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL HAWAIIAN PIZZA, COCA COLA, AND THE KINMAN SHIP!
Owner and his wife are good people, pizza is great better than any franchise places like dominios or panagopous because they put their heart a soul into it. Thick fresh toppings get the number 4 new York.Food: 5/5
Went here late night and the pizza was great! Hot and crispy! Nice owner too!
A lot of 5-star reviews on this pizza place, but I found the meat-lovers and the hawaiian to be underwhelming for all the accolades. Not bad. Just ok. One thing to note is that I brought my son with me and the friendly gentleman behind the counter offered him a candy which made his day. Great customer service! Average pizza.
Great pizza with high quality topping and friendly staff
The person who answers the phone does not have a good attitude and a good way to receive orders. She hangs up the phone and does not answer me anymore. I am a 50-year-old woman, she will think that I am one of her friends, what is happening in this restaurant.
