Dinner here was excellent. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were very friendly. Pizza was a little small, but my Orzo Fruit di Mare was very good! Cocktails were also good!
Really good quality food! Really great atmosphere and service. My only complaint is I went away hungry. The portions are small, so if you're a big eater than maybe this isn't a spot for you.
Had a hard time with the reservation system but totally impressed with the decor, service staff and the food. Great presentation and the flavors were wonderful. Will be back again.
It’s a gem! My first fine dining experience in Charlottetown and it didn’t disappoint me. We went there for our anniversary celebration. Their seafood orzo and short rib beef were outstanding. Delighted to have the dessert affogato with pistachio icecream and espresso coffee together in the end… very attentive staff and wonderful experience
We had a great experience. The steak tartare was delicious. I had a really good ravioli on lamb ragout; perfect flavours. A really good glass of Malbec and a cappuccino and decadent chocolate cake. The perfect evening with friends in a lovely atmosphere. It is so much fun to go to a restaurant where the chef obviously loves good food.
We made a reservation for 2 and greeted by a very pleasant hostess and seated at a very nice table. Our main courses were Haddock and frutti di mare were I requested that instead of orzo they use fettuccine. They gladly complied. Both dishes were excellent. For dessert we had the chocolate tart, that was enjoyable and the almond cake. Something went wrong with the almond cake in that the ricotta was very salty as if someone used salt instead of sugar and the cake appeared undercooked. The service could have been a little more experienced. Otherwise we had a nice evening.
So good!!! We walked in with no expectations as we were visiting from Ontario and needed a break from seafood. This was one of the best experiences we have had at an Italian restaurant. The food was amazing. Best caesar salad, calamari, and spaghetti parm we have every had. Portions were great! Our cocktails were pretty much perfect! The atmosphere is so cool. Service was awesome. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
Beautiful decor and extensive wine menu. Food 1 star. Had calamari and it was over cooked and the whole calamari’s was not fresh. Had pasta and pizza and the pizza crust was good. Will definitely not return. Disappointed, such a beautiful place.
Went in with a few friends for dinner this past weekend. The atmosphere was amazing very relaxed people seemed to be enjoying their time, smile across the floor. Started with the antipasto at the table the mixture of meats cheese pickled vegetables grilled bread and the chilli honey was beautiful way too begin the meal. I ordered the Carni Pizza, asked if the dough was made in house which it was, beautifully crispy crust with a firm enough base to maintain structure while you pick it up. The flavours on the pizza we’re complimentary, cheesy and with added little spice from the pickled peppers it was a delicious round up to an excellent dinning experience.
How can you be impressed with an Italian restaurant that charges you an up sell for Parmesan cheese for your pasta? What what?! Of course I agreed cause what Italian has pasta without Parmesan? After adding to my already very bland dish and noticing the flavour was different. Me to waitress: excuse me what kind of Parmesan cheese is this . Waitress: let me check with the kitchen, waitress comes back and says, it’s Asiago cheese. What, what? Needless to say we never finished our meal as it no longer had the Italian pasta flair. I mean, the up sell wasn’t a lot, however you would think after their mistake that I would of not been charged for the imposter Parmesan or at least apologize for the mistake and offer us something different. Never again!
