Aqua-fit is a great place to get a low impact, fun, challenging workout. We utilize both the deepend and shallow end and is a great place to meet friends!

Story

We are planning to have the Aquatic Centre open for May 19 2017. We will start Aqua-Fit as of that day, we hope to see you there.



"Centrally located between Calgary and Edmonton and minutes away from Red Deer, Sylvan Lake and Lacombe, the Abbey Centre offers fitness and fun for all ages with over 41,000 sq. ft. of indoor recreational opportunities.Features a 3-story indoor playground, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and large field house with 3 full gymnasiums with daily drop in activities.Get inside from the cold to the 152 metre running track overlooking the activities in the triple gymnasium field house.In the summer months, cool off and have fun in the sun at the outdoor aquatic centre, plan a picnic in the park, let the little ones discover the dinosaurs in the playground, or take in the entertainment at the outdoor amphitheatre."

They have got rid of their most trained and friendly lifeguards and replaced them with teenagers who don't know up from down and make false accusations and harass and she claimed to be the supervisor of lifeguars No parent should feel harassed or embarrassed while simply supervising their child.nnI hope management reviews the conduct of its staff and provides better training in customer service and respectful communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility.
Best place for kids to get lots of fun at one place. Outside pool is best. Very friendly and helpful staff. Must visit this place. Best for 1 day activities

The Abbey Centre is a state of the art recreational facility that offers a large gymnasium with ample room for multiple sporting events, a fitness room equipped with plenty of cardio machines and stretching areas. The outdoor aquatic playground is a must if you enjoy water slides or are bringing the family. Outside the building, there is an amphitheater for hosting events and a jungle gym for kids. The war memorial is worthy of respect. Take a moment and reflect on all that we enjoy from the efforts of the fallen soldiers.

I have a gift card that I would like refunded as I will never be back !!! Take the extra 15 minute drive into red deer or lacombe , this pool is a accident prone teenage staff‍
