Had new furnace, AC, and water tank installed by Marcel, Russ, Brett and Chad. They were great; very professional and neat with their work. They made sure i was comfortable with all the devices and functions before leaving. Also want to mention the help received by Gladson, the sales rep who was also super professional and helpful during the onboarding process. When preparing for purchase i had different companies come-in for quotes and Gladson was by far the best for our needs. He provided value without the sales pressure that we’ve see from Boonstra their competitors. Great experience with Abbey Air all around. 5 Stars. Thank you!

Abbey Air team, sales by Gladson and installation by Todd, Steve and Chad, performed and finished their job professionally before I can make any comments on their work. Wesley serviced my condo today with professionalism and kind attitude. He went above and beyond and answered concerns around the HVAC unit. There was some scheduling issues earlier on, but no complaints there as everything worked out fine. Wesley wore mask and used other proper equipment like gloves and shoe covers to ensure safety and cleanliness for everyone. Excellent job all around
