I've had 3 bad experiences with Aaron. I have never had the cab show up in under 45 minutes. Most recently I waited a full hour for a cab. The dispatcher had told me "soon" when I ordered. I called back after 30 mins and he rudely told me to be patient as I was the next name on the list. Driver was quite unsympathetic that I was waiting for an hour on a cold winter evening. The order was made at around 5:45 on a Sunday night. I am deleting their number from my phone so that I never make this mistake again.

Honestly truly sucks, there's no point to order a taxi from them since anyone can take it from you.

Honestly, the most reliable cab company in town. Very friendly and easy on the wallet.

Lost my umbrella tonight in the cab. Called the dispatcher.Within minutes, the kind lady called me back. And it was delivered shortly after. Many thanks for the care for customers.
