Terrible service here. Owner/manager would rather chat up a chick than take care of customer. And when I was finally attended to and ready to complete my purchase, they dont take cards cash only despite the fact the stupid door says they take visa. Selection is bad here too. So why would i go back? Im not.

They bent a bunch of small parts inside my watch switching out the battery. They handed it back and said it wasn't working. It cost $100 to get it fixed after that somewhere else. I'm pretty sure it was intentional because I politely asked for a lower price on the battery replacement and the man who fixed it later said the damage appeared to be intentional. Don't go. They're thugs.

I brought in my 24 in gold necklace to be fixed. When I picked up my chain, 5 inches if it were gone. The small area in which I had broke my chain was simply removed & they reattached the clasp to the remaining first link. My necklace no longer had the hook to hold the claw. When I confronted them, they completely denied that my chain had the hook in the first place. They did not allow me to speak with the jeweler. They only mentioned that they are sorry, have been in business for 25 years, and that they wouldn't do this to a customer. Bull! I'm just supposed to be Boo Boo the fool and not know about my necklace that my mom gave me 20 years ago, for my 16th birthday! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
