If you want to book a flight make sure you visit this place they work with you and Mrs. Petty Weber goes above and behind to find just what you want she doesn’t leave a stone unturned  so happy to have done business with this lady and everyone at Defiance AAA. They closed 30 minutes early the day we went to talk to them. They weren't exactly what we were looking for but the travel agent was very friendly.

Chad did an awesome job getting me everything I needed for our upcoming East Coast trip. Super friendly and helpful.

The one lady in there was not a nice person. She was very upset with someone and taking out one. I don't deserve to be treated like that. So the next time I am planning a trip that cost 2000$ I will book it at another office !!!!
