Jerry at AAA is great to work with. He was easy to talk to and approachable. No hidden fees in any of his prices either. I would highly recommend Jerry for anyone looking to purchase a second hand vehicle. His years of experience show in his manor and respect he has for his customers. On top of all of that, he gave us a deal we couldn't have ever found anywhere else. Also there's a lovable golden retriever that gives you all the love and play time while you wait. An overall great experience.

This shop is a great alternative to going to a dealership for a used car. The guys that run this aren't salesmen, they're car guys. They will give you the straight up on the car you're looking at so there are no surprises when you leave the lot. The cars on the lot look to be in great shape and they check them over really well. And, dare I say it, I think their prices are a bit better than the other guys. We bought a truck from here about 4 years ago and are still in awe of the great deal we got on a great vehicle.

I Honestly Can not give this place more than a 2. The vehicle seems reliable but Jerry was not. He promised a couple of things and did deliver. He had a deposit from me so I was stuck and had to take the deal so I don't lose my deposit. He gave me the vehicle with an empty tank of gas.

So used these people for an auto loan. Was told I got the financing then they wouldn’t even give me details on available vehicles. I got upset Crystal hung up on me and texted me “We are done” reported this to the BBB as well as equifax as technically she ran my credit without my consent no consent given they are scammers and liars. Luckily the loan place she set me up with is still willing to work with me without her! Beware, just call and apply at transcan yourself you do not need these scam artists involved!

Gerry is along time family friend and a wonder guy. He knows more about this business than anybody else around in Edmonton. He helped me with my first car and he helped me with my second vehicle and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism that Gerry executed the whole time.

Quick, easy and painless. We agreed on a price over the phone, I expected it to change when I arrived for a test drive but he stuck with the price and I was in and out in 30 minutes. No questions went unanswered. Very impressed.
