After some petty thefts in our apt building, Dan from AA came in, assessed what we needed then fixed everything! He is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Once before, another local locksmith tried to talk me out of a new high tech lock because he did not know how to install or service it. Not Dan! He and the team investigated what I was considering and came up with a great solution. Multiple brains on this problem working together. I highly recommend them to other real estate agents as well as residential and commercial customers.

Twice, this fantastic team have bailed me out of my car being locked out. They arrived to my location within 20 minutes and problem solved in a matter of seconds. Very polite, courteus, and overall a superb experience. I always speak highly of them and recommend them everywhere I go :)

Dave ins't just locks, keys, and door handles. He helped a person I know that was leaving town for a few months for a double lung transplant. Obviously, money is tight for a family with this happening. He came up with a security plan for him and his family and showed how he would be saving quite a bit more money. This is a huge advantage for Dave. He has security planning. I would recommend Dave Vessels at AA Lock & Key.

We recently moved locations and the locksmith from AA Lock and Key was extremely helpful! He showed us different options for locks for our front door and back door. Additionally, he helped replace the hardware for the bathroom door so it could function like it should instead of always being locked like it was. I obviously am not an expert in locks, so the advice your technician gave us was well appreciated. Best part is we called on a Thursday and your company was here the very next Monday. Great service and we highly recommend AA Lock & Key for any locksmith needs in the CT and RI area.
