I literally came here for the comments. Having an absolutely interesting conversation with their dispatcher I HAD to see their reviews. And sure enough they are on point.

*IF* they answer the phone expect to be greeted by the most miserable human being you've ever encountered in your life. Even the divers talk about the woman's horrible attitude. She frequently outright refuses to send cabs to certain areas. Or replies to requests to pick ups with "Yeah, but its gonna be a while..." and pauses hoping you will cancel your order.
On multiple occasions cabs don't show up at all and if you call to ask what happened you'll be told the that you weren't where you said you would be so the cab left. When in reality the cab was never even dispatched.
Drivers are great, management and dispatch are absolutely terrible. Cars are usually beat but what do you expect from a small town cab company.

I wanted to get home from work (I live out of town) and not only would they not send a cab but the guy on the phone was extremely rude!!!!!

Reserved cab from the bar before midnight and gave up hope on getting a ride home after 3am. Gave up and. Had to scrble a ride home from family. Very unsatisfied

Cab driver and dispatcher both very helpful and considerate. Reasonable rates.
