When you go through the order twice with them at the drive through to make sure its what you ordered, they still miss it. Being charged for something you never get. Extremely rude staff. Will be talking to the district manager about the manager on dutyJuan.

Bad customer service, did not give me over half of my order, and when I called to correct it they hung the phone up on me.
This is more or less just another fast food restaurant. It is two places in one both A&W food is served along with KFC. The food is ok and the price is alright. The root beer is very good. Atmosphere is friendly yet makes you wanna leave as soon as your finished eating.
Seems like everytime I hit the drive thru my order requires me to wait off to the side after paying. Not exactly fast food I guess. But the food is just OK, except the root beer floats because A&W is among the best root beers so this spot isn't totally helpless. I just don't really favor it anymore compared to other fast foods.
Always out of the spicy papa sauce... you'd think they would order more seeing as they run out constantly but nope, ongoing issue every time I go there. Will not be returning
