My wife and I went there on the night of 06Aug2025. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, the onion rings were horrible. We have always loved A&W onion rings but the batter on these were terrible. They tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed out well past when it should’ve. My wife and I ended up throwing them away.nThe chicken sandwich was good and the burger was ok/average.nWe won’t be going back.
My first experience in this restaurant was amazing the ambience was so welcoming all staff are cheerful and everyone greet you with a smile. But the most satisfying of all is the food i love teen burger so fresh and hot. I love my favorite A&w root beer. Keep serving good food with love

We find Jaimee Singzon to be an excellent waitress and worker at A&W restaurant in Sept-Iles. She makes you feel welcomed and we find her to be very efficient in providing good service to this restaurant. Keep up the good work, Jaimee.nnYesterday we spoke about our local A&W restaurant and how we liked Jaimee who works there. We also should have included her coworkers who are also very dedicated and helpful in making this restaurant the warm friendly place it is. Keep up the good work, guys. Our hats are off to the Philippine islands for providing these hard-working people in our country.
The guy name Rodel was pretty funny and very helpful. All the staff is always smiling and happy to help as well :. Definitely recommend! Best burgers btw.
