I wasn't feeling well & leary of all food. Order plain kids burger & a sprite. The lady caught on my tummy was not happy & was compassionate & made sure my burger was dry! Why no ice machines in CA?
Ordered a mozza burger and was surprised to see that it wasn't the typical sesame bun; it was very visibly a store-bought bun. The beef itself tasted really off and definitely was not A&W beef, likely also store-bought. Absolutely ridiculous for the cost of this food!
Love the food but 10 years ago it was better so no 5 star there . Everytime I go here something missing or wrong, today and yesterday I got 2 regular sized drinks from their new machine both times it was low other than today one was right to the top. all I got form the person upfront when I asked was a snarky remark about how that's how it works and that its normal ? Weird majority of the time it's to the top maybe they should advertise the right size next time and maybe not offer things they never have the intention of selling
I showed up right before they closed the lobby, 900pm local time. They were friendly, courteous and amazingly helpful! There’s not a lot of these in the states anymore so this was delightful. They even offered to lettuce wrap the burgers since carbs are bad for the blood sugar Well done
Felt like an Average small town A&W.nThey even had run out of frozen root beer... seemed sus but okay.
