The manager here is very crusty and not tourist friendly. Questioned the coupons we had but did honor them. The regular staff are great and they bring coffee refills to your table

The manager is grouchy and does not like to accept coupons that he did not issue.  I do want to emphasize that he did accept the coupon and did complete the order but he was not happy about it.  A and W is a very customer focused business so I was surprised.  I don't want to be too hard on the guy because maybe he was just having a bad day.

It's A&W so you know what to expect. Have always found the service to be extra friendly at this location.

If you want fast and delicious food, this is the place to go. The staff was nice and the dining area and bathrooms were clean.

Friendly service. Went out of their way to make my grandson feel at home. Lots of history. It is where tbe.locals go to eat.
