I get lost and very hungry. I looked where I could eat at midnight.... I dropped half an hour here.... I saw the staff already cleaned and looked close. I stayed at the drive thru and ordered. I received nice words to welcome and took my order. At that time it made me very happy. Thank you to you guys for working on that shift. You do a great job.

We went to the drive-thru and we had to wait 5 minutes before she took our order, she did not greet us or tell us to wait we had to say excuse me?nWhile she was taking our order she started talking with another employee without even saying excuse me or hold on! She was very rude and we had to wait 15 minutes and when it was brought to us it was incomplete. The food did not taste good, there was so much liquid leaking out from the burger it made the bun soggy and the onion rings had no seasoning. Obviously there is a huge lack of management, go anywhere else but here.

Was around 9pm and fish wrap smelled weird.maybe it stayed there too long. Ask for fresh ones to be sure and it'll be great.burgers were great fries and root beer too. Great place to go. Just ask for freshly made if you get fish

I wanted a trio teen burger with only bacon and mustard. I got a lady on the other side of the microphone who when she asked me if I had any A&W discount coupons was MUCH MORE FOCUSED on how she can possibly give me a discount to WHAT I WANTED TO EAT. She tried to charge me a mama burger cause it was cheaper but I wanted a teen burger in a trio. Finally she worked it out apparently although she made me repeat my order 11 times and when I finally got to the window I paid , and she gave me my order of food in a bag but there were NO DRINKS. I said I ordered a trio in fact it was three identical trios : three teen burger trios with fries and rootbeer.nnBut the only thing she was stuck on was how to get me a GOOD PRICE, what if she had given me my trios as I ordered them isnt that suppose to give us a better price already as a trio? I never asked for a discount but she wouldn't let it go. For 10 minutes she insisted on trying to save me a few cents or a dollar. Give me a break. I am no longer going there unless I have a discount coupon maybe I can get my rootbeer next time.

It may be a burger restaurant but I had the cod filet of fish ....delicious!! Fries are crisp and spicy served in a little basket ...excellent and not greasy. Washrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. Seems to be quite popular as it was busy in mid-afternoon. MacDonald's could learn from them with regards to serving food that TASTE LIKE REAL FOOD!! Pleasantly surprised during our stopover in Sorel.
