Every time we go here, the food takes forever - so much for "fast food". But this last time we went is what finally convinced us NOT to go here ever again. My husband very clearly states that we want two of the daily specials and the kid acts like he has no idea what he's talking about. When he finally understands and repeats back the order, he said a large soda - which my husband corrected, saying we only wanted the mediums that came with the meal. When we pull around, they up charge us for the large soda and fries. When we say that's not what we ordered, he says sorry and then does nothing about it! In fact, he gave us a medium fry even though we apparently paid for a large. The workers here are not competent and need to be trained better on what to do in situations like this.
