Terrible just terrible service.... I'm local and everywhere here has good decent courteous service but thus place suck at it.. Pls if your traveling go to McDonalds or subway at the pilot stop before it or Carl's Jr avoid at all cost.. however I do like the service at space at which is connected to a and w

We just stopped here for lunch. The food was fine. Most of the staff was nice. But, it was one of the strangest experiences I have ever had. They were out of ketchup packets near the drinks. So, i went up to the counter to ask for ketchup. The guy standing at the counter looked right through me. Another man walked up and asked for ketchup. I said that is what i am needing too. He quickly waited on that man and grabbed him a container full of ketchup. The man told him that he could only take packets because he was getting in his car and to just give it to me. I said, "yes, I'll take it. " He looked straight at me then turned his head. Another employee told him to give it to me. He turned to take it back into the kitchen. The other employee took it from him and then gave it to me. It was really really strange. He clearly had a problem with me, but i have no idea what it was.

Horrible experience, bad customer service. The lost my order and after 35 minutes of promises that it would be up soon I walked out (I ordered a burger and fries). Rude, slow, and overall one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever visited.

Greeted when we walked up, ordered soon after, orders were hot, one extra fry, burgers were talking, onions were crunchy and thick cut. Sandwich a little flattened. Good quick stop.

I stop here at on weekly bases, I'm officially done with these guys. What got me was last week, I ordered 6 chicken strips and paid over $10, it took 20 mins to get the order and these chicken strips turned out to be more like chicken nuggets in size. Then today I wanted to grab a bite, stood in line for quite some time while the gals kept laughing and talking the entire time while I'm waiting to place an order. I got tired of waiting and left. Terrible service. Unless you have tons of time on your hands, don't eat here!
