Stopped off here one weekend afternoon with my photo club. We just wanted a little snack as we were having a big dinner later on, so I picked up a double buddy burger and a root beer. I asked for it with a little bit of extra mayo. The burger took almost 10 minutes for it to get cooked and brought to the table. We were in a hurry, otherwise I would've sent it back after the first bite. Not only was there no extra mayo on the burger, it's almost like they  put half the amount of mayo  instead.
As well, the burger was seasoned in such a way that instead of there being an acceptable amount of salt or seasoning on the entire burger, it was spotty. Some bites of the burger there was no seasoning at all, whereas other ones had so much Salt that I had to go put down root beer after each bite to keep my mouth from burning.
I had just had one of the small little buddy burgers the day before at a different location and it was fantastic so I thought I would order another one again.

Worst burger I have ever had at an A&W. 
The manager gave me some kind of a gift card for a free follow up purchase.

I'll certainly go back to NW again in the future, but I'm not sure whether I will go back to this location.

.... 15 minute wait for moldy food and when you call because already down hwy they say no one to speak to even after saying I have pictures for proof..  The manager did call and correct ... much appreciated..
