A pretty standard fast food restaurant. Their produce is pretty fresh and really improves the quality of their burgers. Their gravy is also pretty good for a fast food restaurant and I would recommend it.

I don't often review a fast food restaurant but holy cow...  This place is either brand new or had a big renovation.  It was pristine.  Our food was perfect.  The glass mug for the root beer took me back to my childhood.  The manager was the kind of guy you just wanna become friends with.  Everything seemed to be running like a well oiled machine.  Very impressed.

Just went tonight on their first night open. The service was great. There were a lot of people there and the food still came out fast. Rootbeer in a chilled mug can't be beat in my opinion. Great job on opening night!

I was so disappointed in the service at A&W. We went there for one of my favorite desserts and was shocked of the result I got. The root beer was flat, so that alone isn't right for A&W, our food was cold, the bun was soggy, and they didn't even fill up my float! I asked an employee and she said she said, they couldn't put it in a mug because it's too hard to clean(even though the menu has the mug) and she didn't fill it because they save room for the foam at the top... trust me, it wasn't anywhere near overflowing. she said " oops sorry". I was so upset I felt like the whole experience was a joke.
