It was my first time ever going to A&W and the staff ruined my experience. It was probably 10pm and over the speaker the girl was short and mannerless then when I arrived at the window she didn't say anything she just handed me the debit machine. She then closed the window and let me hold the debit machine for 5 minutes despite my tap card taking 2 seconds. She handed me my food and I said thank you have a great day as she closed the window in my face without any words. The food was not worth dealing with such ignorant staff.

Good food, lots of free parking and friendly "fun staff. On the downside, being of the roller skate wearing hostesses era. We miss those days and the 'Gold Music' played until recently in-store.

Dont ever go close to closing time they purposely mess up your order knowing they will be closed by the time you notice.. they give you the wrong food and cold after sitting at window forever youd think itd be hot at least.. but nooo then u see workers laughing amongst each other being sneaky makes u wonder if they tampering with it or not.. or just laughing cause they gave u a burger that sat out for an hour or one they messed up that someone returned

Went there this afternoon asked for a specific sandwich returned it only because I wanted grilled, not breaded to be handed a mess... there was so much mayo that it would not even stay together! If someone has to use 4-5 napkins while eating it's a bit much. I don't eat the bun so I got it lettuce wrapped and never before have I had the you or I did today!! Just a complete mess!!

I usually just love this restaurant but the food was not hot, kinda disappointed 🐒
