Terrible service and they got the order wrong. Go back through drive through to return a papa burger because they messed it up and it’s an even longer wait. Overall we have been here over half an hour. Hands down the worst a&w I have ever been to. Pull yourselves together seriously. More staff would probably help. They also overcharged us for our buddy burgers; we got regular but they charged as the 56’ buddy burgers. The inside of the restaurant was a mess as well-garbage overflowing it was just gross. Bad experience would never ever recommend this garbage place.

Gassed up here and was told very rudely that my only option was to gas up with premium. I can't help but feel ripped off. 

I wasn't surprised in the least bit, this station is always a mess; clearly the owners are only out for a buck here.

Again, these people are rude and only out for a buck - I suggest gassing up somewhere more Canadian (if you catch my drift).

Papa burgers do not come with cheese unless you order a papa with cheese. And blaming your new employee for the extremely slow service when he was working hard on drive threw and the manager was helping me inside and one cook. You need one more employee at least that was aweful

 Kent is awesome. Hooked me up with some customizations on my burgers to meet my allergy needs... which you'd think should be standard but i promise you its not... when i order mods on my food it's frustrating cuz it is hard to eat at restaurants... most food restaurant food i can't eat at all... sometimes i can eat it but i always have to modify it.. most servers act as if I've greatly annoyed them as if my allergies are offending them. I've had a frustrating day and was starving and dreading ordering food. Feeling full and happy. 3 double buddy burgers with cheese no bun no ketchup add pickle and wrap it with lettuce... that'll do it.
