I try not to review fast food places unless there is something exceptional to mention, good or bad. As soon as I walked toward the counter I was greeted with a huge smile and a very sincere sounding 'good morning'. All the employees I encountered were wonderful and extra friendly.nMy breakfast was very good and fresh, although I should have ordered it with a muffin instead of a burger bun. The seating area and restroom was very clean. Nice decor too!
I’ve been going through Estevan for many years to go to Minot and back. And I always have a craving for Canadian A&W. The last three times I’ve stopped have been amazing. The staff is super friendly, prompt, and attentive. The restaurant area is clean and tidy. For a fast food chain place. It is well kept and staff wonderfully. Thank you!
Food was good, had to wait for the sweet potato fries so I knew they were fresh. The staff was very nice
Generally i dont like giving reviews for chained restaurant. As they look same and same food. But, this location treated ne differently and I can see how service can bring happiness in customers.. so here you go- I will start with location, it is on the main highway 39 so very easy to locate. The thing that most impressed me was drink served in the chilled mug, thats wat A&W is famous for, lately i saw in many of franchise they dont offer mug and give you in paper mugs, as they save their time to wash them, you have to ask them specially.. another thing that i like was employee gesture wether it be having smile on his face, makes me feel welcoming or telling me about the newest burger.. he was kind, respectful and yes fun to talk to.. then i ordered chicken burger and tht burger was perfectly made with right amount of sauce tht it will not pour out and ur sandwich become soggy and all you do is keep cleaning. Your hands. It was perfectly made and lattuce was enuf and green and not from the root end.. last and most important cleanliness. This location was very clean no tray left on tables and all were wiped and sanitized... if you really want to experience A real A&W. please visit this location.
Friendly service, good food and a clean establishment. Fast food in Canada is a completely different experience than in the US of A.
