I went through the drive-through, and everything was great, and the amount of bacon on my burgers was awesome, and you could tell that you had bacon on your burgers. I have been to many other A&Ws, and you couldn't tell that you even had bacon on it.
Generally i dont like giving reviews for chained restaurant. As they look same and same food. But, this location treated ne differently and I can see how service can bring happiness in customers.. so here you go- I will start with location, it is on the main highway 39 so very easy to locate. The thing that most impressed me was drink served in the chilled mug, thats wat A&W is famous for, lately i saw in many of franchise they dont offer mug and give you in paper mugs, as they save their time to wash them, you have to ask them specially.. another thing that i like was employee gesture wether it be having smile on his face, makes me feel welcoming or telling me about the newest burger.. he was kind, respectful and yes fun to talk to.. then i ordered chicken burger and tht burger was perfectly made with right amount of sauce tht it will not pour out and ur sandwich become soggy and all you do is keep cleaning. Your hands. It was perfectly made and lattuce was enuf and green and not from the root end.. last and most important cleanliness. This location was very clean no tray left on tables and all were wiped and sanitized... if you really want to experience A real A&W. please visit this location.
Only A&W I've been to where the burger actually looks like the burger in the picture! They do a really good job with the food here for a fast food place both fresh & appearance. Definitely my favorite A&W for food!nnAtmosphere is only 3 because 9/10 times, they ask you to park to bring out your order, but the parking lot tight in a full size truck to navigate, park, then just to leave again 2 mins later espicially when nobody else is behind you in the drive thru line, or when they have 4 other vehicles already waiting the same, with these high curbs, high cement barriers & a 90° turn end the drive thru lane.
The food was good ! Only thing is drive through they never seem to give you napkins! 2nd time now!
