Her friendly attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, but it was Neha’s helpfulness and professionalism that really stood out. This establishment has excellent friendly staff and management. The food is always hot and delicious. If I was the CEO of A&W Canada, I would use this Manager to train other franchises, in how to be run properly . It is by far the best run A&W I have ever frequented in the last 70 years.
Ordered two Teen Burgers for my elderly mother and I. They were the worst, stone-cold sloppy piles of god knows what. The staff in the drive thru were clearly 'high' and didn't seem to know what was going on. I mean, this WAS the most disgusting excuse for a hamburger I've ever had. Should have gone to McDonalds....ugh, NEVER again!
