This location was once good, and now is awful. The people working there aren't aware of what is on the menu and to top it off we were served a raw burger. Needless to say I'm sure management won't care about this review but hopefully they figure out how to serve safe food to their patrons.
food was OK, the service is great, it's fast, and it could have been better if not for the homeless and if in a much better area. machiatto is just bland, like warm milk only, but it's OK I can deal with that. no mugs and plates too.
Well we pulled in for their 4 buddy burgers for 9.99 sign proudly displayed in giant block letters in their sign. Ordered 8 and when we got up to the window, there was a much smaller sign letting us know the deal was from 10pm to 6am. So after that, got to the window then had to pull around and wait. While waiting a strange fella came and harassed me and my family for smokes and cash. Finally got the burger. They were pretty good. Standard buddy burger with cheese.
I live in this area so I've been to this locations 50+ times over the 3+ years I've lived here. I've always loved the beyond burger even as a meat eater. But tonight is my last straw for ordering at this location. Half the time they get my oder wrong when I ask for certain ingredients to not be on my burger. I ordered a beyond burger with no mayo mustard and pickles. I get my burger, it has mustard on it, so I take it back in and tell them the situation. They remake it for me, I get home thinking my burger is fine. Nope, it has pickles on it whatever I can pick them out but what really got me is half way through eating it there's a lonnnng hair in my burger. Now I'd like to think they didn't do it on purpose, but also how can I not. I not be eating at this location anymore. The newer workers that work there are incompetent of a simple task unfortunately.
We like there coupons . 2 can dine . Teen burgers great . Root beer .one of wife favorite , let them cook for today ,places .
