Service was great especially with 9 people. It’s a bit pricey tbh but that’s obviously chain-wide. They have cool chilled mugs for your soda and some dishes like the poutine come in real bowls which makes it feel more upscale. Both the wraps were good but I recommend the chipotle chicken one the most.
Hair in my burger. So I came in late after work and ordered a teen burger meal. Get back to my hotel room to eat and find a big long black hair in my burger. Couldn’t bring myself to eat it and just threw it out. Did eat the onion rings tho. I came back the next day to talk to the manager to see if they would replace my burger. Talked to some Josa guy who was the manager and he just smirked at me when I told him what happened and said to bad for me because I didn’t take a picture. Sorry I didn’t know the procedure for finding a hair in my burger. Very rude. They got my money so what do they care. Customer service is just out the window these days!!
I went there as usual, ordered my food, was great except the Mango Passionfruit Shake. I didnt like it I don't know why but it tasted weird and with less flavor.nnThe price is 5 bucks more then McDonald's for a meal but the Masala veggie burger was better then McDonald's.
Food is ok but a bit pricey. Was a regular customer until they stopped taking AMEX. why? Maybe to save a bit on processing fees but that has cost them a loyal customer.
Front staff is very good and welcoming every time. Whenever I ask something, they answer very politely and with respect. Their service is very fast and efficient. The kitchen staff also works very hard and gives their 100%.
