Worst experience in my life.. Never have i had such bad experience.. I ordered 2 Chicken buddy combos with new masala veggie burger. What i got is something super terrible.. I dont know what kind of drugs does the person was using making all the burgers.. You can see i got a veggie patty without any sauce or buns or anything and same for the other things as well. I would want this branch of the A&W to be closed if they are gonna provide such service
Clean and fast service the food is okay it's very consistent with the brand I prefer the breakfast over the lunch but some of the lunch items do shine especially the ones that go in and out of season like the fish when they do the crispy fish sandwiches those are one of my favorite ones to go to a&w for this place is good on service it's very fast so I would recommend it if you're slow on time or if you only got limited lunch time definitely recommend this place for younger crowds as the food is more burgers and fries not as sophisticated if you're looking for a date this is not the place
I had great experience with A&W, I got food fresh every time when I ordered. Staff is also very humble and nice to me. Once I tried to order delivery from A&W and at that time I got very fresh food. Best place to spend money and spent time.
These people are thieves DO NOT I repeat do not order delivery from this location.nnI ordered the buy 1 get 1 free through UBER and the food was disgusting, chubby chicken was soggy and cold, fries cold and stale, root beer was flat!! The worst part about this entire experience was the fact that I added 2 apple turn overs and only received 1. Which was also cold and stale. When I contacted the restaurant they refused to rectify the issue even after admitting that they only gave me 1. So basically you’re okay with just stealing peoples money, worst customer service I have ever received. Clearly they can’t do basic math because the meal was $17.99 and I added 2 pies for $2.19 for a total of $22.37 yet they refuse to acknowledge that I paid for 2. Take your business elsewhere, try the new location on King street E, it’s way better!
One of my favourite fast food joints by far. Great food for the price. Great service. And excellent root beer.
