Stopped by A&W today and had a really good experience at the drive-thru because of Harshveer. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger combo and only noticed when I got to the window. Even though the line was busy, he stayed calm, fixed the order quickly, and made sure everything was correct before handing it out. He was super polite the whole time and didn’t make me feel rushed or annoyed for the mistake. Appreciate the help, Harshveer!
I ordered a burger through Uber Eats, and it was a really disappointing experience. The burger arrived without any ketchup at all—not even a single packet. It felt like basic attention to detail was completely missing. When you order food, especially something as simple as a burger, you expect the essentials to be included. Overall, not satisfied with the service this time.
Worst experience whenever i order from this location . I dont know why they every time messed up with my order . I ordered two masala veggie burger combo with pancakes . Burger seems with no sauce at all . Moreover , no cuttlery has been provided with pancakes not even syrup and look at butter i think might be night persons should double check the order before delivering. In the comments I specifically mentioned to give extra syrup with pancakes but haven’t got any . Moreover look at the lids atleast try to give another lids so that person can have a drink properly . Wastage of money , and the poutine is horrible no gravy at all . The persons working in night shift should be aware of customer order and food quality . With fries also there was no ketchup at all . Need to improvise a lot .
