The cashier was very polite and made ordering completely easy and comfortable. A&W is always one of my favorite choices, and this location was clean, well-maintained, and excellent overall. Great experience
Very inefficient and super slow service. Also the person handling food and cash was using a bucket to wash his hands and wipe the counter. You can see the very dirty bucket of water on top of the sink that obviously doesn't work.
I had a wonderful customer service experience at A&W in Orangeville, ON, thanks to Rajesh! He was friendly, polite, professional, and very helpful. His positive attitude and attention to customers made my visit enjoyable. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Thank you, Rajesh, for your outstanding customer service! Keep up the great work! Highly recommended.
This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a comment on any restaurant site. We were blown away by how Tammy took care of the customers in the restaurant. She was kind, cheerful, attentive, quick, hard working and knowledgeable. It was very obvious this was someone who enjoyed her work. We travel the 401 a few times a year and we will make it a point to stop at that A&W in the future.
If you are a fan of the English Muffin-variety of breakfast sandwich, this place is absolutely the best. The egg is fresh cooked, the cheese is real, the muffin has a small amount of butter - perfection! Sometimes it takes a bit longer to make so keep that in mind on busy weekday mornings worth the wait though cheap and delicious coffee too!
