Over the years my wife and I have eaten in and ordered out from this location. Both the quality of the food and the service has been consistently good. We have always enjoyed our burgers, french fries or onion rings. We have found this location always busy. This speaks to its popularity with locals. Recommend this location.
Over the years my wife and I would eat here for lunch and supper. Every time we came, it was always busy, which speaks of it popularity with the locals. The items we ordered and the service we received was commendable. We particularly enjoyed the burgers, french fries and especially the onion rings. Certainly recommended fast food place to check out.
The staff are always friendly- especially with the children. Staff are even attentive with seated patrons when they’re not too busy. Food-price values are great with coupons and the new reward program. On some days kids may even get a balloon! Thank you for being a wonderful A&W location :
Today I had my breakfast around 8am in this store. When I left I forgot to bring my lab top. It is such a serious mistake. When I aware of this it is already 5:40pm. I phoned the restaurant. The staff is very polite and helpful. She told me her colleagues found it this morning and kept it safely for me. I am so impressed. They are all good people. I have been visiting this A&W for more than ten years. It is the best A&W I ever tried in Vancouver and I will continue to be one of their faithful customers in the future.
Out of all the A&W restaurants, the Champlain Mall location is the best one I’ve ever been to. They maintain the cleanliness of the place really well and all the staff are very nice and friendly. Good lighting in the store brings positive atmosphere. Fast service and food is always hot and fresh! I will definitely come back because on top of the excellent service, everyone’s joyful attitude is contagious!
