The food is very good, reasonable price, especially number T21 in the menu. Love this place!

Food is not the same quality as other Vietnamese restaurants. Imperial rolls are good, but the salad rolls are not very fresh tasting. The meat in noodle bowls and soups is on the dry side

This used to be one of my favourite places for chicken stay noodle soup. Very disappointing. Won't be back.

wow this place went down the drain.... used to be good but now the place is dirty and the food is tasteless... horrible!

Great food, has stood the test of time for me and been coming here off and on over the last 10 - 15 years

Service took a very long time. My food was burnt and my order was wrong. Got a ticket for parking one space too far to the right of the restaurant. Restaurant was not very clean and staff did not seem to know what they were doing.

Its good food. The sub is good and salad rolls. I made mistake when ordering and they were nice about it and remade it for me no charge. If you crave viet in ne its a good spot.
