I purchased a pair of toms here. I was wearing it for the first time today and one of the pairs is sewed backwards.

SCAMMERS. They do not honour their exchange policy. Tried to exchange shoes that didn't fit less than 24 hrs later and they would not exchange! Do not give these ppl your money. Poor service. Rude staff and honestly I'd be embarrassed to ever shop here again. I'd rather set my money on fire.

For over 20 years this place has provided a great service to Burnaby with offering the widest selection of footwear at competive prices.

The senior sales staff there pick and choose who they serve, doesnt matter if you were there first before somebody else. It's like pulling teeth to even ask them for a size but then again I dont wear an attire of over $1k just to go to the mall.

Converse/doc martens/clogs/work shoes etc. Good place to buy. Highly recommended.
