Our go to pizza/sub shop! Cheese pizza truly never disappoints. Buffalo tenders with a Greek salad are our favorite & the employees are all so so nice!
Fig pizza nice. Alfredo sauce had multiple pieces of egg shell in it. 1 piece of shell was actually quite large. Not sure why eggin there in the first place unless supposed to be a carbonara. Lastly, a slice above charged an additional town tax...prices are already high, additional tax is not charged by other pembroke restaurants so why do they?
It got here right quick! BUT...told the order taker didn't want tomato sauce yet got tomato slices on my pizza. Tomato any kind should not been on my pizza- if you don't want tomato sauce why would you want sliced tomatoes? AND got separate charge for olives and feta cheese- it was a small 10" pizza, my bill was $17!!...I guess they charge separate for these same items in a Greek salad! Was looking forward to this pizza, what a disappointment.
Best pizza in the area and customer service is unsurpassed!!! Broccoli bites are old school with BACON!!! Salads are fantastic and greek dressing is superb! Haven't had a thing we didn't love yet!Food: 5/5
Just finished an amazing dinner from A Slice Above; enjoyed it so much that I felt compelled to write my first google review. Had a steak and cheese sub, and some wings and meatballs, all were really fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I've been disappointed by plenty of wings and steak and cheese subs in my life, so when its done right I have to give the praise where it is due! Look forward to trying their pizza.
Not necessarily a bad review, because the pizza was OK. However, it would be a lot more appetizing if you actually cut the basil leaves before putting them on the pizza..
The pizza is wonderful with generous toppings. I order online and often do a "build your own pizza". Great variety of topping options. The zucchini sticks and jalapeno poppers are really tasty as well. Have only ever had takeout or delivery, and am never disappointed. The staff are friendly and cheerful.
Went in to eat for lunch, the bar was nice with a good variety of beers on tap and their subs are outstanding. I ordered a steak sub and it was perfectly cooked! One of my biggest pet peeves is when you order steak medium and it comes out well done, but they got it on point! My girlfriend ordered a steak bomb and it was overflowing with steak and toppings. She can be a bit critical of food, but she was ranting about how delicious it was. Not greasy and full of flavor. We'll definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for good food from a clean kitchen.
we just ordered our first pizzas for the Pharm today! First of all, the pizza was very Good! The crust is very authentic and crusty. Next time, we might order it a little extra crispy. Second of all, any cute young proprietor who calls this old lady a sweetheart and a doll has my biz! Can't wait to try your salads and subs. We'll be back! the folks at Animal Pharm
