Cancelled my appointment for a toilettage with only 40 minutes heads up. I was already half way there living 35min away and having to deal with Laroque bridge. It was a bit of an emergency for my cat. Luckily, I was able to reschedule with another company the same day. Bonus, they only charged $35 vs. $40 here. I'm sure the service is really good, but I didn't get to experience it and probably never will, as I will not take this risk again. It was quite a lot of trouble to rearrange my whole schedule for a toilettage for my cat! (how silly does that sound, right?)

I went to get my dogs nails clipped. Very friendly bilingual staff. And a lady that can handle my 100 pound puppy who doesn't like his nails being done
