Friends in Kenora recommended A.K when I had a frozen water supply line. Having been to several plumbers and supply shops (and getting mostly the bums rush or blank stares) before driving out to see them (A.K) I wasn't hopeful. However I found them very approachable. I expected to be escorted out the door when I began asking for some (free) advise but the boss (Dan Barrett) listened to my problem and offered a couple of solutions. He pointed me in the right direction to rent a line thawing machine and suggested I give it a try...and added that if I was unsuccessful they (A.K) could look after the problem for me. From start to finish I was impressed with Dan and his receptionist (sorry I forgot her name she was amazing too) they went far beyond the ordinary. I will be expanding my home in 2015 and know I will be using their services. Cheers!
