I’ve been looking for a good bbq joint. I’ve been to a few around the city like Memphis Blues and I haven’t been wowed yet. I got the pulled pork with fries and coleslaw and the ribs. The pulled pork was good and I really enjoyed the fries. The bbq sauce was the highlight and it tasted both smokey and delicious. The coleslaw was good too. The pulled pork could have used less bbq sauce and the ribs more. The dry rub didn’t really come through in the flavour so it needed a flavour boost.
Stopped by here to grab some dinner before I jumped on the sky train. I got the chilli cheese fries and added pulled pork. The food was piping hot, fries crisp, chilli very good and the best part was the pulled pork! So tender and full of flavor. Had to wait roughly 5/10 minutes for my food while they made it, but it was worth it. I will be coming back again to try the rest of the menu! Hidden little gem in the que.
Not the same. Used to go here years ago when I started college nearby. Have been getting stomach problems every time I get their pulled pork around 30-40% of the time. Last few years have been rough on everyone, and especially on these guys when they have me wondering if the rest of the day is going to be over. Probably had my last meal there today. Edit: It's the evening of the same day and I've been bed ridden. Crazy headache and nausea lol Cheers
Re-Up BBQ has some seriously "low and slow" cooked, incredibly delicious BBQ; Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Fried Chicken. Picnic along the New Westminster Quay boardwalk with Re-Up BBQ just doesn't get any better then this. Highly recommended for BBQ connoisseurs, or just meat lovers.
Had the chicken sandwich, wings and brisket. Great flavours. Well made chicken wings - batter was tasty.
The Smoked Brisket Sandwich is incredible, worth going back again and again and again etc. The ribs were a bit underwhelming and the fries weren’t great. The Brisket Sandwich is worth coming for %100

I order Re-up quite often, and usually it’s great. Although my last order was rather disappointing. The biscuits were way more dry than usual. Not to mention there was a hair baked into one of them. Also, I feel as if the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich was lacking some of its usual flavour. Usually the sandwich is a favourite in our household, but we all agreed that something was missing or changed this last time. Is there perhaps a new chef/cook? Or new management?
I always go for the 2 piece fried chicken when I come, which comes with a small serving of coleslaw. Yummy!Food: 5/5
The pulled pork sandwich was delicious, and I usually don’t even like pulled pork. Fries were well seasoned and the homemade soda lemony and gingery was not too sweet. There was plenty of seating during lunch on a weekday. Prices weren’t cheap, but quality was good. I would like to come by again to try their fried chicken sometime.
