I recently moved into into a new condo community and I’m so happy with my experience here. The community feels very warm and welcoming. Daniel, the manager, is extremely helpful, patient, and always takes the time to assist residents. The concierge staff are also very polite, respectful, and responsive. I truly feel comfortable and grateful to live here — this move has been a wonderful decision for me.
Management is been so great so far, we r moving in new and they are very accommodating, clean building , very friendly security and helpful. Thx Daniel and Jessica for all your help u have been so amazing and good to us !!!
Moved here in spring 2023 and they hadn't finished building just yet however in the interim of all of it, the management staff was SO incredibly friendly and accommodating and helped and assisted when needed. Made us feel we have a great little community here.nAnytime we need anything or questions answered, Ann has been AMAZING!nThe last thing I will mention that is great, Amir and the management team send out emails about what is happening in the building which is super helpful. Rules, policies, upcoming building events, etc... We even donated some great Halloween decorations for kids in the building! Super excited to see the building at Christmas time! Can't wait!nSuper cool to come home here - we really love it here!
I love living here! Great amenities, responsible and responsive manager, and accessibility to stores, stations and highways is very easy. Suites are cozy and well-designed. I am very happy with my home
Cheaped out on many things. Loading zone is far from elevators. Builder has not fulfilled certain promises such as balcony light, washroom backsplash, shower pot light, etc. Kitchen cabinets in my unit do not have drawers for utensils. Management doesnt answer phone calls. Havent been provided with the door or alarm password.
