I booked a First Timers Kickboxing class for 12–1pm and made the effort to drive 30 minutes to attend. To my shock, when I arrived the facility was completely closed. There were no staff present, no class taking place, and the doors were locked.nnThis was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I was genuinely excited to try something new, but instead I wasted my time, energy, and gas for nothing. At the very least, a business should notify clients of cancellations, delays, or changes especially when it’s a class people have registered for in advance.nnFirst impressions matter, and unfortunately, this left me with a very negative one. Businesses should value people’s time and money, and I hope management takes accountability and improves their communication and reliability moving forward.
There are many things I love about this location: Drop in flexibility, challenging workout I've run a marathon & still are absolutely exhausted after a 30 min workout here, and semi-private coaching.nnBut above all, I appreciate the people that work here. Walter, the owner, will often go around & give tips + encourage participants during a workout even when he doesn't have to, since his staff is already present. Trainers - especially Devin, Lenny, are knowledgeable & makes the workout engaging. I wish them continued success & I think a lot of people would enjoy going to this gym.
Walter and all the Trainers are such great people and super happy to have met such energized, motivating people. An absolutely amazing team. They always help us smile no matter what work out they have in store for us. Always a good sweat and leave feeling accomplished! Also appreciate the corrections from time to time to keep form in check without getting sluggish. Thank you guys!!!
I love this place! The flexibility it provides with someone who has kids and a busy schedule is amazing. I have no excuses and honestly I feel extremely energized when I’m finished the 30 minute workout! You’ll leave the gym feeling satisfied and ready to conquer the day! The trainers are so motivating and fun to be around. I love the attention because I need that accountability otherwise I normally wouldn’t get much done at any other gym. I already feel much stronger and healthier overall. I highly recommend!
I recently joined the 9Studio on Bathurst and frankly - didn't know what to expect. I am SO glad I gave it a try!! Staff is AMAZING! Walter is just awesome!, place is clean, EXCELLENT work-out that will keep you pumped and give you lots of energy!! HIGHLY recommend!!!
