The vege fried rice was good a bit oily. The meat eaters weren’t that happy with their food they said the oil felt old. The fried tofu was a huge disappointment. We could taste the water in tofu. That’s not good. We had to throw it out. The service was really good and the owner was a nice man and so was the girl who handed our food. They gave enough cutlery too. We got chicken soup noodles too,it was average.
We were in wasaga beach and wanted chinese food. I searched the local places, and both uncle mings and the bamboo terrace had higher google reviews so we tried there first. Both ended up being closed to dine in, a big disappointment, so we finally went to super panda. We should have tried there first! It was the best chinese i've had in a long time. The staff were very friendly, and when there was a mix up in the order they happily fixed it without arguing. The food was fantastic. The sweet and sour chicken was light and not greasy. The spring rolls were well seasoned and flavorful. The lo mein was tendre and tasty. The chicken fried rice was not dried out like it often is. Everything we ate tasted great! The portions were huge too - we each brought home at least half the meal, so great leftovers for tomorrow. The prices were super reasonable. For the two of us it was only $33. The dinning room was clean and nicely decorated. It was a great evening out, and even though i'm generally a big complainer, I could find nothing to complain about. So if you're looking for chinese food in wasaga beach, don't waste your time on the other ones, just go straight to Super Panda!
I just stopped in for lunch. Great Value Lots of fresh vegetables and a great price! I highly recommend Vegetarian options: There are vegetable dishes available Parking: Parking at meters and there is a major parking lot close by Dietary restrictions: Many different choices Lots of selection for everyone
I ordered food for delivery they said 60 minutes we called half an hour after the 60 minutes the food still had not even left the store to be delivered, I asked to speak to the manager they refused to do even apply a discount I said ok I understand it’s “busy” if the food has been sitting the whole time can you just remake it so it’s fresh the manager re assured me it had not been sitting the whole time, the food finally was delivered after 2 hours an hour after they said it would be delivered. We received our food and it clearly had been sitting the whole time the food was mushy and gross everyone who ate it ended up with the worst stomach problems. I do not recommend eating here.
The food is decent, but the lady that takes your money lacks customer service. She's unpleasant and hard to deal with. They cheap out at every cost and never put utensils inside your bag. This is why most people buy from big companies and stop supporting local businesses.
As much as I love their food, I cannot give them a good review. Standing here in NYE with about 50 ppl. We ordered on Thursday for pick up at 730 NYE. I'm still standing here with ppl who ordered for 6pm and it's now 8pm. Will not be back here. The owner never eve. Came to address customers once. Just left the very young, uneducated and confused staff to handle everything. Very clear they took well over 200 orders and couldn't service that.
Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered online before they were even open since it was New Year's Eve and we knew it would be busy. Received an order confirmation and everything for our delivery at 6:15-6:30. They even sent an email to let us know our order was in progress and to make sure we were home when it was delivered. It is now 9:51 and they are closed, we never received our food. We tried calling many many times and no one answered the phone or it went right to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous and will never order from them again.
Ordered 3 days in advance to avoid delays with our New Year’s Eve order. Pick up was scheduled for 7:00. My husband was there by 6:45 with a line up before him. When he was finally seen at 7:15, they had to find my order and hadn’t even started it claiming everyone was ahead of him. People screaming, a fight even started in the parking lot due to tensions being so high, young staff left to handle the screaming customers while manager was in the back and would not come out when we demanded to speak to him. Worst service we ever experienced, food was cold when we finally got it at 8:45!!! Why order 3 days ahead of time with a specific pick up time if you can’t manage your orders. Won’t get our business again! Run from this place, don’t walk!!!! Would give it a negative rating if I could!!
Had a few weeks ago and food was good. Today food was terrible ended throwing food out. Beef was so chewy couldn't swallow. Stomach felt terrible. Call to tell owner and all he said was sorry. Will not be ordering ever again.
First time ordering from here, and honestly was a disappointment. The veg lo mein and garlic broccoli tasted like absolutely nothing, broccoli was undercooked by quite abit, and the general tao chicken was overcooked and was supposed to contain broccoli, which it didn't. Only semi good thing was the wonton soup. What a waste of $60.
