I rent an apartment back in 2016 to 2017, and when I left everything was good and then they emailed me after 6 months and said they want to renovate that apartment paint and want to change windows and all and told me to pay for it. And denied cuz there was no reason that they putting a claim on me when I left ,everything was good at apartment as it was Before and then after 2 year they hired private collections company and they put 1100 in collections and I had no choice to protect my credit and then I paid them and they still my put collection in my credit history , Please do not rent there building or you will be a next one like me
Finding the right Apartment and Landlord has never been better until after a long search I was invited to this property. The Rental Agent Farheen was welcoming, helpful and responsive to my concerns all through the process of becoming a CLV Tennant. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and to say it is very well maintained.
Awful apartment. When I moved in it was filled with cockroaches. Took 6 months to get rid of. The place is so loud, neighbours are very disruptive. People are stomping everywhere, and when you complain it’s on deaf ears. The walls are paper thin. There was a gas leak and I called the emergency line and no one got back to me. I had to call the city to deal with it. Then they came in and accused me of starting a gas leak and accused me of removing my smoke detectors I don’t know who in the world would remove them and then sent me an eviction letter with less than 2 weeks to move out. I think they try to evict people to increase rent. They increase the rent every year and are in works of increasing the rent significantly that they need lawyers present to defend them. The water pressure is also terrible. They do home inspections very frequently not sure why it’s sketch. The laundry has scary vibes. I feel safer using the laundry across the street. Garbage is quite the walk depending on where you live.
We've been looking for a place for about a month and if it was'nt for Farheen we couldnt move in on our target date, everything turned out so smooth and easy.thank you so much -john
I reside at 775 Concession street and recently submitted a maintenance request for my kitchen tap. It was to my surprise that the maintenance guy was here the very next day. He was very pleasant as well as very efficient. He followed the safety protocol for COVID-19 and resolved my tap issue....I am a happy tenant! I am having issues with extremely loud music from the apt below me now for months!! CLV is Doing NOTHING to rectify the issue, matter of a fact they told me to stay in touch yet they have failed to answer my last emails about this issue….Absolutely ridiculous and Unprofessional to say the least!
We have enjoyed living at 775 Concession. The buildings are well kept, affordable, and the view of the city is beautiful and just steps from your door. And the staff care about you!!! They are available, attentive, and work fast at resolving issues. Thank you to the staff! And Thank you to our maintenance man Dave. He's always keeping the buildings up to date and does so with a smile!
Impossible to get a hold of anyone here. I was told for days I’m getting a call back from someone about an issue I’m having and no one called. They don’t respond to emails either. I have been living here 5 years and communication has ALWAYS been an issue.
Was in search of a new apartment to live on after a terrible experience we had with Effort Trust, we ran into 775 Concession Apartments owned by CLV Group. In our 7 years living in Canada, we've had an amazing experience here. This place is top notch, especially one of their staff, Pam. She's very approachable, welcomed me and my family with open arms, and most of all, very accommodating to our needs. The neighbourhood is very nice and friendly. I won't hesitate to recommend this to people who are in search of an apartment to live in Hamilton.
Let's just say I been trying for a week to get a hold of someone. Because my truck was stolen and noone has called me back. It's been like this for over 5 years. If you don't care if office calls you back this place is ok. If you have expectations then go somewhere else
775 is a nice, decent and spacious apartment when compared to what we have seen. My family and I are new immigrants, and we are so pleased with clv group especially Michael Agar, he a very polite, nice gentlemen with wounderful customer service. Not only did he made it possible for us to get the apartment as quickly as possible, he ensured that we happy and satisfied and excited about our new home. The location of the building to close to everything and the bus stop route is very accessible.
