I have to say how frustrated and disappointed I am with this lot. Everyone seems to use this lot since there is no other parking around. The machine instructions dont match the printed billboards. Each time I drive in, I find myself helping all the elderly and others to figure out there payments. U never enter your plate as the billboard states. U can't see the screen because of glare. Today I paid for the person before me who ended up walking away in frustration. The machine would not clear the previous transaction so I ended up paying because the machine kept telling me to insert my CC. UUGGHH. Then I paid a second time for the length of time I needed to park. Someone....please make this easier for patrons. Not a good way to start each day. And not all want to use the app.
Expensive and signage miss leading cost me 50.00 in a fine for not leaving my ticket on the dash even though the sign says u dont need to... rip off parking lot
