I popped in today for the first time looking for some tacquitos. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. No issues. Store was decent and clean. I cannot say that about the other Guelph location.
Purchased a drink from here and tasted like it had some cleaner in it or something and when I asked for a refund I was initially denied by Lea and yelled at and eventually was given the refund and was then told by Leah that the manager had banned me for life from entering the store. Leah was extremely rude and with a store full of customers. I was shocked. I should have taken the drink in to be tested at the health department perhaps things would have went in a different direction. Who knows what was in it
I visited this 7-Eleven late last week and was helped by an employee named Praveen. He was extremely polite, greeted me with a smile, and even helped me find a product I couldn’t locate. The store was clean and well-organized, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to see such great customer service during late hours. Definitely deserves recognition!
Praveen the employee working provided poor customer service after the gas pump accepted the transaction and then the pump reset and wouldn't give the gas I paid for. Praveen cleared the transaction before the fuel was given and then refused to help me resolve the issue.
I went to go buy an item, however once I came to the counter to pay for said item, I was treated with such distaste and vain. The employee was unclear with the amount of the item and when I said I did not have enough for said item, she TOOK my money without letting me take the item. This was theft and I will never be going to the 7 Eleven ever again. What a disgrace.
