Such a rude customer service , i was first time in 7 eleven , there was only one customer before me so i was standing on one side not sure there must be line because there was only one customer ahead, employee name Navjot kaur started telling me you should be this side that side ,, i told her this is my first time here i was not sure .. then also she was keep saying me the same thing ,, then i told her can you please load my card asap she started saying me you should come early ,, machine also takes time this and that …. What you are doing your job !!! Have some sense to talk to your customers,,and learn some skills of customer service .
I got charge 2x for buying a slurpee and coffee. I called the store and told me to come in person. I went to the store and associates couldn't help me. Instead instructed me to come between 5AM to 1PM. Such a hassle just for a 10 dollar refund.
Although this location is small, it is my go-to for lotto, slurpees, and snacks.nnThe staff is very friendly. I appreciate that I am welcomed by name every time I enter the store. That small gesture makes the shopping experience a pleasure.nKeep up the great work! You are appreciated!
Had 30k points and tried to redeem 3k point reward at store and it took all points from app and set it to 0 will never return
Online orders always wrong, workers don’t seem to care about orders made on delivery services and continuously send out the wrong items even when very clear instructions are given.
