Absolutely do NOT know how to cook. I've bought wings from there and Wedges, at first they were cooked right. Then time and time again they were burned, hard as a rock and inedible. Once or twice ok it's an accident, every time after then something is going on. They really need to train the people who cook them. There is literally only one lady that makes them right there. I won't order anymore unless she's working.
I'm speaking on behalf of my other half because he just visited this 7/11 this morning December 4th. He went In early morning for a coffee and the woman working there was very rude to him simply because he used the wrong coffee thing. He apologized and she still went on about stuff, didn't stop being rude. He told her he said sorry and her time management isn't his fault and being rude to customers isn't a good way to keep a job... That's the last time he will go to that 711 because of that experience..I wonder how much more there are that won't go there because of her
It's great if you like seeing homeless drug addicts do drugs and constantly bug you and it honestly makes you feel unsafe at times seriously you witnesses them snort drugs and use needles by the garbage bins and people say 711 is clean total bull. that too and there is really rude older woman inside to the point that you just wanna leave apart from that there is a younger guy who is incredibly nice and is actually good at customer service he deserves a promotion or something
I visited the 7/11 in Woodstock and my debit card declined multiple times. Shyam, the new guy, stayed calm and supportive, making the experience stress-free. Great service, Shyam!
If you enjoy not being allowed to pay at the pump and forced to stand in a line that takes 20 minutes this is your store. I can't steal gas if I'm pre paying at the pump so why force me to pay inside before pumping gas? And the staff who I have never had issues with are too busy filling skip orders to help the one person on the till.
