I witnessed a disturbing incident at the 7-Eleven branch where a worker attempted to intimidate a 14-year-old Muslim boy, a Grade 9 student at Kennedy High School. The boy was simply trying to pay for his sister and her friend's Slurpees when the worker rudely refused his payment and aggressively asked him to step outside. And continue to say “ teach me teach me “ “ meet me outside “nIt is appalling that a supposedly mature adult would stoop so low as to provoke a child in such a manner. Despite the boy's composed behavior, the worker resorted to swearing. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the boy receives the justice he deserves. I will not be returning to this 7-Eleven branch after witnessing such appalling conduct.
We drive out of our way to 711 so I can get coffee. The staff here are always friendly and get to know their customers which is why there are so many come back. The store is always clean and well stocked. Can get busy around school times with the students around but great location.

I have a deep love of diet coke, so I went to get a Super Big Gulp. The machine was out of diet coke, so I asked 2 employees to please refill the machine and they told me to just pick a different pop. I left, pretty disappointed with no pop.
Horrible customer service. When their pumps mess up and take your money they will not help. They will make faces and fun of the issue you’re having and throw receipts. I do not recommend nor after 30 years of going there will never return
