We had gone there to get coffee, and when I tried to pour the hazelnut cream in it, we realized that the hazelnut cream was probably spoiled. We immediately informed the manager of the store to prevent the poisoning of the others, but at first he did not agree and we tried to convince him, and he also said that he will collect the hazelnut cream. I hope the manager of this store is more careful in monitoring because milk poisoning can be very dangerous.
Very bad experience, buying a surprise bag with four food items in it, each one, please note that each one is expired food! I protested, and they said you were buying cheap food, so it's normal! Does cheap food equal expired food?
There’s an old lady there who wouldn’t listen when we were trying to pay for food. Later, she saw that the nacho sauce station had a stain which she told us to clean. Not recommended to go!
Alright for the most part. Except for this one time, when I needed the washroom. I entered the washroom urgently and it was BAD stinky... Like.. almost made me projectile puke! I didn't/couldn't use the washroom and ran, gagging, in the parking lot, I gasped for clean air. It at that moment made sense to me finally why the clerks grinned when I asked for the key.
Hello lovely people of Vancouver,nIt's sad to give 1-star but I think the store atleastndeserve that.nI've been a regular customer of Seven-11 and me and my friends have been visiting the place since last 6nmonths. But today something unfortunate happened atnstore, we've never got charged for eating bun with anynof the Taquitos. He asked for $0.50 for bun stating thatnthere's a scarcity of buns for Seven-11, which I think isnvery funny because we visited the store same daynaround 2-3 am, we ate 4 Taquitos with 2 buns but asnusual we didn't get charged for buns.nLet's come back to our tonight's incident. He's namenRakesh, he claimed himself to be the “Assistantnmanager” of the store, when we headed for billing.nWe did a mobile check out and was confirming our order with Mr. Rakesh. He asked us to pay $0.50 for bunnwhich we get free everytime we visit the store. I wasnready to pay that $0.50, but i just asked him what he'sncharging for? And got offended and I think he didn'tnknew how things works and he literally took thencheesecake which was kept on the counter and didn’t even gave Taquitos which were in the Oven and refusednto even give any of the food we ordered. That was very rude for any salesperson to do. Before leaving the store i meet Della and sorry, as she made Fresh Taquitos and Potato veggie, as I think it will go in dustbin. While heading out from store, i took couple of pictures of Rakesh Sir, I’ve attached that in the following review.nI request everyone to be careful with the only arrogant guy in the store name as Mr. Rakesh.nHope this helps, thank you everyone for reading it!
