briefly talked to the woman at the counter and she was incredibly rude. had no patience and was very snappy with me, i can understand working at a gas station is probably not ideal however as a customer service worker i expected at least politeness. probably will not return and do not recommend
Great selection! Saddly though won't be making anymore stops here. Was about to buy about 15 bucks worth of stuff and was told they can't break my bills. Thanks Tyler for terrible service.
The store was clean the workers were friends and the food was fresh and yummy
If I could rate it lower I would. Worst experience I have had. Avoid this place like the plague. Employees scan and charge for items multiple times, accuse people of stealing and seem inept at their jobs. Payed at the pump, was standing their fueling up and a fellow comes out and says I am stealing his prepayed fuel. Having entered my debit card pin and seeing the apprival message, i was unsure what he was talking about I kept fueling. Look up and see the pump had been shut off. Going inside the cashier accuses me of stealing the other guys fuel. I have a brief conversation with the other customer and he confirms that he saw me use my debit card. He fuels up and leaves. I go back in to blpay for my daughter's snacks and drinks. After I pay , I look at the bill and they had double charged me for drinks. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she says and I quote" I don't know what you are whinning about you just stole over $50 worth of gas" I should her my banking app which clearly displayed that I had indeed payed for the fuel and it was her f up from the beginning.
Front cashier seemed very inconvenienced when I asked for a bag for my 5 items and my receipt. Much friendlier service when I was through here last year. Bathroom was dirty. Staff near back area were friendly though.
Its your usual gas station stop with the feeling that it just dose not get cleaned top to bottom very often I know this usually is not the workers fault but I cant see them having time to shut their doors to clean everything there. Hope they can think about fixing both inside and outside the shop. It is a crash spot for locals to gamble or just relax it should be given a renovation maybe turn some of that really useless space around the shop to set up some more welcoming decorations like picnic tables.
Every time I go to buy smokes the price is different. When asked why the answer is the price went up. I have been a smoker for many years and have never seen the price go up every day. Also when there are sales they still charge the regular price not sale price
The cashier was slow because she was talking with one guy when their was like five people in line. She finally stopped then forgot to grad his chicken. I stood there for about five minutes listening about how good a cigarette brand is. But it was probably just the worker but it is a big store. She also didnt ask if I had the 711 app or what bread I wanted for my hotdog. But whatever.
Filthy washroom . If that's their best at showing how good this place is I sure wouldn't eat or order food here. Cleanliness standards very low. Not taking any chances. Good luck. No seriously. Nothing has been wiped down in months. Layers of grime on vents and don't touch the walls. Might catch something. Gross.
